You need : aluminium wire, clay, pearls, modelling clay which hardens but which remains flexible (you can buy it at arts and crafts stores ), a clothes pin, paint, lacquer.

1-Make a  ball of clay, inlay the pearls and stick the aluminium stem
2-Model a snail with the modelling clay and  paint it (a bright and pearly paint has been used on opposite picture)
3 -Paint the clothes peg, draw a paper flower, laminate it and stick it on the peg.
4 -Stick the snail on the wire and  attach the clothes pin on a side wire where you can place a picture.
