How to make this card ?

You need : white construction paper or cardboard, transparent plastic (such as used to shield the first page of a report), stained glass paint, turpentine  spirits (for cleaning  the brushes), gilded border lead paint, glitter glue, small bright elements which you can glue, feathers…

With the gilded border lead paint separate the transparent plastic into several zones. ( for less careful children you can use black border lead instead of gilded as any overlap of the  lead will be less visible).
Dry well and  fill some zones with the paint for stained glass.In the other zones stick the bright elements and  make points with the glitter glue.
Attach the transparent sheet to a  white background with a scotch tape.
