This activity requires to warm up the necks well. After a few trainings, all the children can do it, provided the technique is well explained and children are supervised as long as they need it. When they become autonomous they like the training very much.
Advises to the children :
- Do not kneel down but bend your legs.
- Do not put your hands too far ahead on the ground but near your feet.
- When your hands are on the ground, put your head between your legs , and not forwards.
- Push a little on your legs to make a start
For some children these advises are not enough , is necessary really to make them roll so that they understand.
