How to make this frames ?

Frames shown here were made for  Father's day .

You need : Frame out of cardboard, newspapers, lacquer .

Cut out narrow strips from the newspapers. Select the most beautiful colors. Then glue them on a frame  of cardboard, as close to each other as possible.
Let dry, then lacquer.

For the central part of the frame, let each Child make a drawing  of his/her Father with a felt-tip pen and place it  inside the framework.
