material: milk bottles, pieces of fabric, ribbons,  socks or  pieces of tights, aluminum foil, glue

Cut the bottom of the bottle, bore into it 2 holes for the arms. Stuff the sock of paper hankies and to pass it in the bottle. Make a node with the sock itself ; the node makes a solid head for the puppet.Pass the chenilles through the 2 holes to make the arms and  cover the bottle with various pieces of fabric. Add wiggly eyes, and  as hairs add wool or the plastic nets used for vegetables, aluminum foil or" chenilles" as arms. Ribbons, pearls and accessories will decorate the whole thing.
