Flower made with paper
1-Cut out a strip of crepe paper as on the left image, to achieve the outer petals.
2-Make two in a different color strip of crepe paper and cut rectangular fringes.
3 Wrap the fringes of themselves to make a heart and put it around the outer petals.
4-With a wire, mounted on a wooden stick.
