how to make this frame?

You need :a frame out of cardboard, wooden furniture repair paste, small objects to be inlaid .

Color the paste with ink . On a frame out of very thick cardboard (such as used to pack goods at your neighbourhood store ), spread the  colored paste  (quite thick).
Before it dries, inlay  pearls, spangles…
