How to make this card ?

You need: a piece of fabric, an inking pad in shape of star, gilded ink, scissors, a gilded felt-tip pen, blue construction paper

Cut out rectangles of fabric and glue  them on. Print stars on the blue paper.  Make flames with the felt.
